When you write, include the phone number on your account and, if it is about a specific payment, the date and amount. Do not send us your one-time code — we will never ask for it, and anyone who does is trying to take your account.
Reporting a room
If a room looks like a scam, or an organiser has taken donations and shown nothing for them, report it. We can unlist a room while we look into it, and we can cancel a room, which returns whatever is still in its pot to the people who put money in. We cannot recover money an organiser has already taken out.
